| First Tutorial - Colorful Watercolor - Page Two Simplify. Apply Buzzpro Simplifier One at about 100 to the top layer, or other filter that simplifies the image. If it improves the image to lower the opacity of the top layer a bit, do that now. Increase the saturation a little, then merge down and duplicate top layer for next step. You will again have three layers.
