It's been a very rough summer with the brutal heat we've had. Some rains have finally come, however, and we look forward to cooler days. Since the whole back yard is garden this year, I took out the extruded concrete edging that defined the flower beds in the back last year. It looks better without it. As soon as it cools off a bit, I plan to start moving daylilies. I'm planting a bunch of the daylilies along the fence that I'll be giving to Chris for her new yard. I'm also making places for the new daylilies that I've ordered.
