T he lilies are lovely
now. Most of the Asiatics are blooming, but there are still
plenty of daylilies that are yet to bloom.
The
rudbeckia is pictured next. They are known commonly as black-eyed
Susans and have just begun to bloom. Last year they didn't do
well. They look healthy now, though, so I expect they will be fine again this season. Beside the
rudbeckia is a picture of a little plum pink daylily. Two Asiatics are on
the next row. A red orange and a lovely pink. The
large picture is a mixture of lilies with the ditch lilies in
the foreground.
