The Irises have all bloomed now, I believe, and they are definitely on the wane. My favorites have been two of the latest to bloom -- a beautiful pink and a purple one, both pictured in previous pages and again here. I have included a new variety on this page, however -- a yellow one. It is a clear yellow with an orange beard.

The new day lilies that I just planted have already started to grow. They suggested I soak the roots a while before planting, and I'm sure that is why they took right off. 

The roses are looking great now. I don't think I've ever had as many blooms on the pink bush along the back fence.
