Toasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or glazed nuts
Avocado, cut into pieces
Grated carrots
Fresh apple or pineapple pieces
Dressing:
1 part olive oil, 1 part balsamic vinegar, sweetened more with Equal. Dress and toss immediately before serving.
