Fried Catfish

Frozen farm raised cat fish fillets (thawed)
Corn meal
Vegetable oil

Drench fillets in cornmeal
Fry in vegetable oil in a skillet until golden brown.
Put on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot.
