McKinney Falls State Park, a 640-acre park at the confluence of Onion Creek and
Williamson Creek, was the first natural area that Chris and I visited
after arriving in the hill country of Texas. We loved the wonderful
cypress trees that lined the rocky banks at the upper falls area of
the park. Click any image in this web site to see a larger view. |
We hiked the 3 ½
mile Onion Creek Trail. With its wide paved paths it was one of the
easiest hikes we took. More of McKinney Falls State Park here. |
