"Wine Delight" (Lennington 1972)Bright wine red with bluish halo 3  1/2 - 4" blooms, 18"-20" tall. Mid-season bloomer, Lots of buds, tidy foliage and rich rosy red to bright wine flowers - this beauty has them all. A semi evergreen variety that forms a nice full clump. In my garden it blooms the last two weeks of June.  It seems somewhat larger and more purple than the descriptions.
