"Siloam Irving Hepner" (Henry-P 1990) 18" Scape, Mid to Late re-bloomer, Dormant, 5½" bloom. Ruffled cranberry grape, darker veining, and green throat. Light frosted streaks in center of petal. Long blooming! In my garden it blooms from late June and during the entire month of July.
