"Rocket City " (Hardy '67) 36" Early-Mid Season Bloomer Dormant Extended, repeat bloom – 6" bittersweet orange sepals with a burnt orange eye. Throat and midribs are lighter orange-yellow Petals have crimped edges, sepals are smooth, both are recurved. Extended bloom--flowers last at least 16 hours each. In my garden, Rocket City blooms from mid June to mid July.
