"Fooled Me" (Reilly/Hein, 1990) - - 24 inch tall tetraploid. 5 1/2 inch bloom in early July. Golden yellow edged with deep red eyezone and green throat. Dormant. 2005 AHS Stout Medal Winner 2003 Waterman Award Winner 9th in the 2005 AHS popularity poll. It blooms for me from mid June to the end of July. This one is very striking in the garden.
